we had a fab stay at the haughmond! the room was super comfy and had nice little touches like fresh towels and great toiletries. breakfast was def the highlight, it was included and sooo good, most delish we've had in england! the staff were lovley and super helpful. also, really close to shrewsbury and beautiful walks around, perfect for a chill getaway!
only thing was the table in the room was a bit high to use as a desk. also, the tv didn't have apps like netflix which was kinda a bummer.

Perfect choice for shopping in Shrewsbury with best value. Room was very clean, but quite small with no window. Pack light as space is limited.

We had such a comfy stay! The room was clean, with fresh towels and awesome toiletries. Loved the tea, coffee, and those complimentary biscuits. While it wasn't super big, it was just right for us. The decor felt cozy, really nice vibe. Only bummer was the table height and no Netflix on the TV, but that didn't ruin our mood. Sleep was great, those beds were comfy!

Lovely stay with cozy touches!
We had a fab stay! The room was so comfy and the homemade cookies were a nice surprise. Breakfast was a highlight—two courses included, which is just awesome. Staff were super friendly, but the bar area was a bit small for the number of guests. Perfect location near Shrewsbury, too!

Comfortable room, but the bed was too hard for a good night's sleep.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
We enjoyed our stay despite the hard beds, opting to double over the duvet for comfort. The room had quirky beams that can be a hazard for taller guests. Breakfast at the nearby cafe was a highlight, offering a delightful start to our day. Note, Bring your own decaf.

great stay with minor dining concerns
The room was spacious clean with lovely complimentary treats like biscuits and hot beverages. Breakfast exceeded expectations with exceptional service and attention to detail throughout our stay.
The limited vegetarian dinner option was disappointing for a couple dining at the hotel.

Recommend for getting around area
Exceptional hotel, exceptional dining, with a wonderfully cooked homemade breakfast that set the perfect tone for our shopping trip and an easy location to explore the city.
Utterly satisfied.

missingWrote a review on 09 Junroom sizeentertainment options
The room, while tidy, felt cramped, lacking a window except for a frosted panel on the door, which might not suit everyone’s preference. the absence of app options on the TV limited entertainment choices, particularly for a solo traveler looking to unwind. The shower, although excellent, featured an open design that caused water to splash onto the bathroom floor, which could lead to issues over time.
